"Chat is absolutely useless and a waste of time. CALL!"
So far service is good. I am happy with the pricing and a friendly app. CHAT however is an absurd. Takes hours for reply that does not show in the chat, reply comes with the email, when I get back to the chat I am being told that I walked off and that they are closing the chat. Also there are multiple chats open at once that makes it all mixed up.
Never ever had more frustrating experience with chat helpline. I was trying to square my issues for two days.
Telephone helpline is great though. I called and I was helped straight up by a professional agent who knew her ways around and took care of me. CALL, NEVER CHAT!

I opened a iPostal1post office addtress and I have not received any of my USPS mail or packages . Where is my mail. Several USPS delivers with tracking numbers has been shipped, received and lost. I sent those Tracking numbers to you. None of my mail for over a month has not been deliver, with USPS tracking numbers and without, regular mail

"When customer service is put before coffee"
I owe iPostal1 an apology. After USPS told me my package was returned because there was no address associated with my name, I reacted poorly without giving your staff a chance to respond. However, Melissa at the Londonderry location completely turned my experience around. She called me first thing Monday morning and resolved the issue before I could even start my complaint.
Melissa and AJ went above and beyond, showing professionalism and kindness. I’ve seen complaints about iPostal1’s customer service, but based on my experience, I can't imagine any being about them. Thank you both for your exceptional service!

"The scheme!"
When I signed up for your service, I was under the impression that the $9.99 monthly fee covered my needs. However, now that my mail is being delivered to you, I’m being charged an additional fee to scan documents, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront. This feels misleading, like “bait and switch.”
While I’ll continue using the service since I’m already set up, I feel it’s only fair to ask that you reconsider how you present these fees. Transparency and honesty go a long way. Important details like these shouldn’t be buried in fine print within a long terms and conditions document.
I believe in constructive feedback, and my intention isn’t to be harsh but to suggest improvements. Please consider making all fees clear and upfront, as this would help customers make informed choices. Being forthright will benefit both your company and its customers in the long run.

Mailed something over 4 days ago from the same city and just received mail notification. Should be only 1-2 days maximum. Also, to charge $1 each just for us to pick up is too expensive. I get the $2.25 per scan or to shred, but pick up should be free.
