I didn't like it, that I had to drive 45 mins in traffic, to pick up my mail only to find out that the mail in my box was someone else mail, I am having second thought about this place how do I know that my mail is not going into someone else box.

If you have lots of extra time to stand in line at Staples print center to wait and pick up your mail, this might work for you. I waited 15 minutes at times. This plus many other headaches and many calls to customer service. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. It's back to good ole USPS for me.

gave the information required,was charged 35 dollars immediatley taken out of my account,then immediatley after, befor i can even finish registering,they need another 25 dollars to do anything at all!! Which they said nothing about!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money!! Seems to me like a negative 0 and then some!! what a joke!!

You always have high volume of enquiries. Not too sure why it is our problem as paying customer. Even after we managed to reach out your support team they forwarded us to another team who will handle this . We received letters to our address on 25/10 and we still can’t get scanned content

"Duluth location incompetence "
The service location in Duluth, is far from excellent. Subpar. Incompetence. Lack of professionalism. Your mail doesn’t arrive until 3 weeks after shipment. They scan the front of your check and not the back. It claims that your mail will be uploaded within 48 hours. I’ve waited 15 days for my mail to be scanned. I just closed my account with not even making plans for my mail to redirected, because the couldn’t get away from the incompetence fast enough.
