"I am very upset about the set up…"
I am very upset about the set up process with this company. I paid $150 for the set up and a 1583 form is having issues with upload of my documents. I’ve done it several times I paid for notary later the next day to find out, the photos are not accepted. I have to start the process all over. I’m advised that any email that comes will be sent back. I’ve used my laptop and my iPhone and the system still is not, not accepting my proof of ID if I would’ve never signed up with this company should be the easiest part of your upload and then I get a link to contact customer care and customer customer care is closed on the weekends. This is a mail organization still goes on weekends , but there’s nobody to answer phone or email or chat. I’m really infuriated with the process. I do not recommend this company at all because of the set up is not conducive to a set up.

i never like leaving dissatisfied reviews but, i had to express on how its been almost 1 month i havent been able to get an upload scan of one page then i requested to have it mailed since it was an scanning issue so now im still awaiting the letter with no tracking number and yes i still havent reciveed the letter not pleASEd at all with this service I would never recommend any individual or business to purchase a year subscription Shop around for a more professional mail service that have more better experience and just checked the date IT Been 1 month for 1 letter and to make matters worse it was a very important government piece of mail just lost with no type of anything what happened to the letter to make it worse another letter just sitting in inbox been over 3 days for requested scan this company is very unprofessional and will lose your mail

I canceled their mailbox, and they only refunded my subscription fee, not the account balance I had pre-loaded.
Update to response: I provided my details and contact info and they are not refunding my money. These guys are scammers
Update to response: They still have not processed the refund despite my attempts. Customer service continues to lie. Will not delete this review until this matter is sorted out.
