Not trasparent about the process of having virtual PO box. I think it will take 2 to 3 years to be more professional to mange a PO box for a business. A lot of things got unfolded after signed up for the PO box for my business. e.g. I wish i would have known those things before I signed for the PO box. i am in the learning process, how to oparate the PO box now. Hopefully it will be better as we start using more frequently.

"ipostal1 asked me to submit a document…"
ipostal1 asked me to submit a document via email and claimed to never have received the document I sent on 10/2 to the email address they provided. My account was stuck at pending status for 2 weeks after I sent the document until after I spent all day getting a hold of a chat support agent. After that, my account was back to pending notarization status even though my USPS form was already notarized.
My advice to other business owners is don't pay for a whole year's subscription. Shop around for a virtual mailbox.
Edit: iPostal1 agent told me to contact Tailorbrand on 10/18 to activate my account and apparently "pre-approved" my account then, but still insisted that I contacted Tailorbrand. When I contacted Tailorbrand, they redirected me to iPostal1 customer support. This fiasco caused me to lose my business credit card that should have been delivered and forwarded and my store launch is now delayed. I've received no apologies whatsoever and they don't even type my ethnic name correctly on Trustpilot. They only edited their response after I called them out.

"Stay Clear of iPostal1.com"
If you need a business mailbox stay clear of Postal1.com. Customer Service is horrific, while they raise prices every year by 50%. This year (2024) is another 50% if your a business only! And somehow iPostal1 takes it upon themselves to be a reporting agency for USA government agencies, however they either dont scan my incoming documents properly or not at all. Incoming checks can not be scanned because iPostal determines what is legal and your bank doesn't. Depositing checks to all mainstream banks is legal, yet iPostal1 states it is illegal. So if you were expecting checks to your business account, you can only forward them at at premium additional price. You can not get checks scanned at iPostal, however other mailboxes do it all day everyday! In summary, at iPostal1, absolutely nothing is debatable, iPostal1 is the law. I was told, if you don't like it leave, but your not getting a refund, and I did just that! But to add insult to injury, they sell your personal information to 3rd parties without even asking, which include your Drivers License Business entity & personal information such as Social Security Numbers! Why does iPostal need Social Security Numbers anyway. Just be what your supposed to be a Mailbox! All the self made (god) laws you have applied for iPostal, is just that, just for iPostal. I am already with another mailbox that doesn't require my drivers license, social security number and does accept and scan company checks as well as make deposits for you. So now that I am gone, how do I get my personal information back from iPostal? You don't or know what they do with it! Stay clear of iPostal, there are so many better options out there that are aggravation free!
If you only spent the same amount of time responding to customer support, that you spent responding to my review with your long, long dissertation, I would have never left! Customer support response time of 3-5 DAYS is unacceptable!
With regard to your "satisfied customers", says you!
Why does iPostal have so many complaints filed with the BBB. Why does iPostal have so many complaints with Reddit & other review companies? "Does Ipostal1 actually work? : r/Staples"
Customer support should be Paramount to Staples!
Somebody is not doing their job, but making big bucks I'm sure!

"Hidden Charge"
They are now forcing you to use their $25 online notary to open a mailbox. That's robbery because most banks notarized for free. Hard pass!

Three months in and still awaiting a piece of mail. Checked with post office who said they are forwarding mail but they recognize it as a postal box and I think are blocking it. Complete waste of money. Find a better service.

"iPostal1 doesn't delivery"
iPostal1, DBA On The Go West, in Cleveland, OH 44111 has rarely done anything right. They take days (if ever) to respond to messages. I was billed for storage fees because they did not removed an item from whatever they use to calculate storage fees/dates despite my having paid for pick up or to shred documents. One item was held by USPS because On the Go put inadequate postage on it. (I'm now waiting still for delivery of the re-sent package now total for over 3 weeks. They let my partner pick up mail "as a courtesy because you don't have an authorization on file" when I had given them a notarized authorization.
