Process to set up account was fast/efficient, notification of mail is well coordinated and forwarded mail is fast.

"I’ve had your service for 6 weeks now"
I’ve had your service for 6 weeks now, you’ve TAKEN 2 PAYMENTS FROM ME, and I still have NOT received ANY MAIL notifications from YOU! I have Submitted numerous Address Changes to the USPS, and to the many Businesses at which I am a Customer, Banking, Insurance, et al, but suddenly, after 50 years of receiving mail correspondence from dozens of businesses, I no longer receive any mail?? That’s difficult to believe.

"iPostal1 is great"
iPostal1 is great. The live personnel that can help at a specific location makes the postal process simply a breeze. Communication is efficient in that scans of what you received allow one to determine whether its worth reviewing or tossing. Thanks!!!

"Totally incompetent every time"
I received about a dozen packages to iPostal1 at the local Staples. 0 of them were put into the system ahead of time. I just showed up and the lazy employees found them eventually. You had better have a tracking number or you'll never know you got something.
I'm out of town and called to have a time sensitive package forwarded and they claimed not to have it despite my tracking info. Finally I got ahold of the manager who miraculously found it and shipped it, but it was never added to the ipostal system. They never are, and the employees always claim nothing is there.
On top of this, it's in the printing section of Staples, so you have to wait in line while other people decide on their graphic design before you can simply pick up your package.
This "service" is NOT worth any monthly money.
EDIT -- Since their reply, mail was delivered on 28 October, and it is not in the system today, 31 October.
I give up.

"Stay Away From iPostal1"
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. If you plan on adding an Authorized Individual in Box 5A, on the United States Post Office’s OFFICIAL form 1583, iPostal1 will not allow that authorized individual to pick up your mail even AFTER the form has been Notarized and approved.
Then if you question them
They will close your account!

"Great website"
Great website, easy setup. There are a lot of options available.

"Doesn't reflect normal business…"
Doesn't reflect normal business practices. For example, a DBA needs to be a totally different post office box number. If a letter comes addressed to the DBA name but the legal name box (as it does with many businesses) they will return to sender. Totally inefficient for many businesses

"Not up front on fees "
Nothing said about having to have a notary for an additional $25 during sign up. Then had a $300 package returned to sender and now lost in the mail. Totaly a mess and now I may be out of over $335 hours on the phone to get no where

"Venice ipostal"
The location that has my mail told me my mail box is at the back so they have not got to my mail but they see that I have mail from last week and they will email by Monday. This was after I had to call them on 19th Oct because I am not seeing mail in my ipostal inbox. Bear in mind I signed up on 4 October for this mail box.
