If i could give a zero i would. This charge showed up on my card. Had no idea what this was on my card. I emailed them once I found another charge 6 months ago. I emailed them about not knowing what the charge was. Advised Id like a refund.. was told i could. Ot get one unless i followed their program. I told them I never got any info about this as I was not familiar with their company. Stay away from this company at all costs. My paypal says it came from Facebook. ???

"Videos are Terrible"
I signed up for the Dog Obedience Training Plan to begin working with my dogs. The videos are terrible. They have a voice over that doesn't line up with what the trainer is saying. You cannot hear the trainer at all which makes understanding the training incredibly difficult. I contacted them the same day for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money until I can demonstrate that I have used the videos to train my dogs for 7 days. I find this rather comical since the videos are incredibly difficult to use.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!"
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They signed me up to a subscription- they didn't send me any emails warning me of future payment coming from my account and they're refusing to let me cancel. I've repeatedly explained my situation to their 'customer service' -they've been so unhelpful and uncaring. Do not believe the marketing- they don't care about you or your dog. I've had to beg my bank to stop any future payments.

£49.99 down the pan as, same as almost everyone else I hadn’t seen the automatic plan setup.
Rubbish videos, you fall asleep from the boring voice droning on and on with hardly any demonstrations or action
Company communication was good, just refused a refund as I hadn’t watched 7 consecutive days of videos and it was 31 days since I paid for the trial and refunds were only available for 30. I guess that’s why they wait 31 days to collect the first payment
After two emails, all on the same day, I have been issued a refund. I still think it’s wrong the way it was taken in the first place, but would like to commend them on their communication and quickly settling the dispute with a refund.

Having paid I had no email giving instructions or confirming the payment, so I entered the name into Google and found the reviews. Most were not good at all.
I straight away went on PayPal and cancelled the automatic payment. Then I wrote to the company saying I wished to cancel and could I have a refund please. A few hours later I received a refund. The drop down menu for help didn't work on the site and it was difficult to find customer service. I used the information from the PayPal site to reach them. They obviously want to make it hard for people. Not a good company, beware. In their favour, I wrote within minutes and they refunded the money.

Doggy plan have been back in touch, and refunded the money, customer services have been a lot better. They are trying to fix issues.
Signed up for the trial, did not like thought I had cancelled wasn’t until they took £79.99 out of my bank. Was not what I expected better resources out there.
Communication with this company is not easy.
I would really think twice before signing up for anything.
