"Fraud Alert!"
(Because 0 isn't possible).
They offered a one-time purchase price of $29.99 for access to their videos. Then Visa alerted me that they tried to take 69.99 the next month. They replied several times, with another one-time offer except that I already paid. Now they won't refund AND they denied me access to the site.
They took my money, & won't refund.
I wish I read the reviews first!

"High level Customer support."
High level Customer support.
Wanted to cancel subscription, the agent offered me great alternatives but was never pushy or inconvenient and fulfilled my request in a few exchanges.

"Excellent service"
Excellent service, I am not too good with IT but the team have helped me overcome my problems and guided through the dog obedience training program I can’t thank them enough and my Shih Tzu is beginning to gain confidence and walk on the lead without pulling, so thank you very much for your patience and training.

"Infuriating"
Infuriating. The only way to cancel is to email them, but they don't process the cancellation. They reply each time with a different discount offer. I don't want a discount, I want to unsubscribe/cancel! Why don't you process my request like I asked??

"Don't give card details"
I can't leave a - so 1 star will have to do.
Seems like ok videos sent but I hadn't had time to look.
I paid £29 last month, and wasn't taken to anything where I sign up for a reoccurring payment.
Today £49.99 had been taken from my account!
I have messaged twice asking why they took this as I didn't agree to any further payments also to ask what its meant to be for and to cancel.
Will be contacting my bank when they are open to get this payment refunded and stop any others.
I haven't even had a chance to look at what I paid £29 for!
Pretty good with dogs anyway but wanted to see of this may help as we have 11 here and all rescues.
Update..21st Feb. After being told I couldn't have the money back, lots if emails.. I was offered 25% back, then 75%. I threatened them with the police and contacted my bank.
I then got the £49.99 back.
Today they have offered me the original £29 I paid back if I remove this review! Shocking, I have said 'No'!
I hope this helps others to avoid being scammed.
P.s. The reply is a joke!
They offered me my original payment refunded if I delete the review.
So everyone on here saying you took unauthorised money is wrong according to you. I never received ANY correspondence telling me you would be taking £49.99 from me a month later!

"DON’T DO IT!"
DON’T DO IT!
I was completely mislead and charged for a subscription $US49.99 that I did not in the least want or ask for. When I explained this, they refused to refund. Don’t bother- the product wasn’t any good anyway!

"Nightmare to cancel"
Nightmare to deal with I've asked them several times now to cancel it and they keep coming back to me being argumentative and trying to pause it instead.

"Good Customer service"
I Bought what I thought was a dog ebook. Very good book.
I was not aware I was signing up to a subscription service. £49.99. When I emailed and explained what had happened they were quick to respond and very kindly offered a refund. I would advise to read everything and make sure that you are aware thst there is a subscription service.

"Really good courses"
Really good courses. Everyone who owns a dog should take the doggy plan course 😊 It doesnt just teach you a good way to train, but also other things you need to know 🐶 If you need help with something in the training, the trainers give you a fast answer. 5 star customer service ✨

"Total scam"
Total scam! The videos are horrendous. Customer service is abysmal.
I was charged $79.99 three days before the trial period ended. I had canceled so I immediately contacted them and requested a full refund. This is when the bartering started. First, they offered me a 50% refund. When I refused this, it was increased to a 75% refund. I still did not accept this.
It was only when I told them that I would flag them on PayPal and report them to the Better Business Bureau that the full refund was finally issued.
A few days later, I received a new e-mail from “Audrey” (probably not her real name…) offering me again a 50% refund.
It proves that none of their agents communicate with each other, and that they do everything that they can to confuse/gaslight their customers.
