Absolute scam. Charged me double after ‘trial’ and then extremely difficult to cancel. Videos dubbed into English-badly.
Awful awful service. Terrible. Avoid.
Update -apparently I am about to receive a refund-after several emails when they tried to get me to continue their service. I had to cancel via PayPal as you can’t unsubscribe any other way. I’ll let you know if my refund arrives!

I checked into this for work as we promote it. However didn't need the service. I was charged and tried to cancel. Was told it was and then continued to be charged. I've been charged a total of 6-7 times. On my third time trying to cancel with only a $24 refund. An actual trainer I think would be cheaper. As for the service, idk if it works since I NEVER used it because I had no need for it. UPDATE: although I believe it took me writing this review to make it happen they did reach out again and did refund me more of my money. 4 months of it. I'm hoping they are working on their customer service more. And maybe some communication from them maybe notifying you that a payment is being taken out like most companies do around a little under a week before it actually happens. Maybe sending out some communication as to things they offer with their service to even remind you that you are still receiving their service or enticing you to use the service. All in all I think it is a great concept and I hope with these reviews they work on making it a good service for pet owners so they don't give up on their animal and surrender them to a shelter or rehome them to a bad home.

"Impossible to cancel subscription"
UPDATE: Only after threatening to leave bad reviews and report them to BBB did the Customer Service Rep stop with the sales pitches and confirmed with me my subscription is now canceled. There is no reason it should take that amount of time and hassle to cancel. I will not recommend this product to anyone and I will tell any interested consumers to avoid.

I am currently trying to cancel this subscription. I was charged an $80.00 fee along with a foreign fee for this subscription I do not even use anymore. There is NO OPTION to cancel these services on your online account, you have to go through email to do it.
Unfortunately the support staff for this business is in no way helpful and keeps hopping around your request to cancel. I have asked 4 times now to cancel my subscription and it has gotten nowhere. I will be reporting them to every online review service and the BBB.

I was tricked into signing up for this and have paid for over a year not realizing it. I’m a 72 year old handicapped man who was taken advantage of. I only signed up for a $19.99 charge and didn’t see the fine print. I’m trying to get a refund.

I recently discovered a helpful resource that has done wonders for helping my pup overcome separation anxiety. While I wish the videos had more synchronized dubbing, I can't deny the positive impact it had on my doggo. After watching just 5 videos and putting the tips into practice, I see that my dog is noticeably calmer when I leave! Now I can stay alone for up to 3 hours.

I’ve been using them for the last 3 months to stop my dogs barking and they recently added test description to video so I can see if the lesions are useful for my case without watching the whole video. It’s a small but useful improvement that makes my life a lot easier.
But there’s one downside - you can’t manage your subscription directly from your account.

I tried to cancel and it was a hassle. They kept asking me questions and not answering mine when asking to cancel.
I also never got refunded like they said they would.

I fell for the 99p scam!! Fortunately my credit card company raised a dispute and I was refunded the full amount. If you think you're paying 99p for an ebook you're not! It's a £50 per month 'subscription'!!!!
Even when they email you confirmation of the transaction there is no mention of this £50 per month.
I don't understand why they are still able to advertise on the social media platforms.
Doggy plan replied really promptly to all my emails which was surprising for a scammer but their replies were complete twaddle so I referred it to my credit card company and they thankfully sorted it out.

"My experience"
The course saved my sanity and gave peace to our home. I’ve watched 3 videos and noticed that after using the material - my dog’s barking reduced significantly, bringing much-needed peace to our home. But one thing that bugged me was they charged my subscription without giving me a heads up. It would’ve been helpful to receive a notification beforehand. The support team was incredibly friendly and polite when I decided to unsubscribe, offering me multiple options to choose from. Other than that, it was a solid experience overall.
