"Es fácil caer en publicaciones engañosas y no hay apoyo de Zen Market"

Mi calificación va porque es muy fácil caer en anuncios engañosos dentro de los market place como mercari y rakuma, aun con descripciones y fotos, hasta ahí la responsabilidad es del vendedor, eso se entiende perfecto, el problema es que cuando suceden estas situaciones (que es algo común) el servicio a cliente de Zen Market es muy malo, no te apoyan y se deslindan totalmente, cuando en otras páginas como Amazon o Mercado libre siempre puedes hacer mediaciones y regresar artículos de publicaciones engañosas. La mayoría de sus empleados son extranjeros por lo que su servicio dista mucho de lo que esperarías de un servicio japonés que es 100% enfocado a satisfacción del cliente. Sin duda hay mejores opciones como Buyee.

Llevo 8 paquetes con ellos en estos 2 meses y perfecto 👌 envio rápido y protegido. Comparando precios de envíos si se hace por avía small con valor de menos de 150€ y menos de 2kg ideal precio super bien y solo pagas Iva. Por ahora la aduana no me ha parado ninguno osea fenomenal.
Gran variedad de productos.
Super recomendado por ahora ningún problema con ellos.
El servicio de atención al cliente también muy bien y eficaz.
La única pega es que no puedas hablar directo tu con los vendedores de rakuma o mercari que es donde más compro.
Hay promos que ayudan con los precios aunque para mi punto de vista tendrían que tener algo más de promos no sólo para nuevos clientes, pero aún así super contenta con esta web desde que la descubrí.

There are times where Zenmarket is unable to work with other sellers. This is not the fault of the company, but more about making sure you understand this item or seller is not an option. Meaning, they've worked with this seller before, and they refuse to work with a proxy service. Look at this as an advanced notice from Zenmarket, letting you know this isn't a good idea. Which I really appreciate. That little protection and information continues to boast the confidence I have in this proxy service. If you're looking for ways to connect to products on platforms such as Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo! and more, this is your proxy service. If you want to have your funds separate from your primary accounts. Zenmarket has you covered with an online credit system you can add too, making it even easier to purchase through their platform. As of right now, I don't see any other proxy service that meets with Zenmarket and their standards.
