We love Modern Back. We had personalized service when we were picking out our chair and were able to try every model we wanted to. Financing was easy. We got our chair within 2 weeks of finalizing the order. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery staff was very polite and friendly. We both are using our Kairos chair at least once a day. It's so convenient to have our own massage chair and use it whenever we want. We highly recommend The Modern Back.

Not being able to actually try any of the chairs available (remote area) He guided me through all of the issues that were most important to me in my search and was able to narrow it down to the right chair.
