This is my second time when I use their service. There was some stress at first time and now it happened again. I uploaded documents, provided by producer and shipping forwarder into their system. Shipping forwarder expect for ISF file. On their site there is: Who files my ISF and when?
Your Customs Broker will file ISF on your behalf at least 24 hours prior to cargo leaving its port of origin.

Today is a day when my package should be shipped and ClearIt did not prepare this ISF file. I sent them information on December 26 and up to December 30 I did not get any answer. They have weekends and holidays. Nice, yeah? You may have penalty for 5-100k, but they are so tired...
I asked in chat and sent emails to listed email addresses, someone waked up there and said what I should to fill blank ISF form, which they just sent me. There is a lot of fields, which are not clear for me. Previous time I did not do it, they made it. This time, by some reason they said me about this, at last day, though ISF file should be provided in 48 hours before shipping. And bond should be bought in advance.

Failure to file your ISF can lead to stiff penalties, increased cargo inspection, and an overall delay in receiving your cargo. Penalties range from $5,000 USD – $100,000

I really angry. Second really bad experience. Next time I definitely will avoid this company.

"Nightmare Broker!!!! I will never recommend this company"
I will never recommend this company, and if you’ve had good results praise God. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I’ve been dealing with a nightmare trying to get registered since 11/25/2024 and today is 12/21/2024 (3) more days it will be a month. It only took (10) days for the manufacturer to prefab the the item) The seller of the product that I ordered from in China, just cannot believe how many times we’ve submitted the same document over and over approximately 20 or more times, not including all the telephone calls daily or every other day without results of getting any further to receiving my package. I’m so thankful that others has been able to successfully get their order, but I’m telling you this has been a nightmare and is still going on. It’s hard up-root and start over with another company, because every day I’m thinking I’m gonna get that much closer to geting it done. If anyone knows how I may contact the CEO Adam Lewis please give me that information. This is so frustrating and so undeserving for anyone to go through this. Monday I’m going to contact the BBB with hopes, they will be able to help me with Clearit Custom Broker. Thank You and Be Blessed!

Painfully slow and incompetent.
They haven't replied to emails for days and their phone number is just a voicemail.
Trying to work with Clearit has cost us around $50k in lost sales so far.
