"Appalling Customer Service"

We bought a Ikon White + Walnut Floating Entertainment Unit from these guys. When we took it out of the box one of the hinges was broken. They sent new ones about 3 weeks later after we'd had the unit installed (which they advised us to do). We employed an installer to put the the new hinges on but once fitted the pull down panel would not sit flush or even match up to the drawer on the other side. We adjusted the hinges in every combination possible as requested but still couldn't get it to sit flush. When we called customer services they told us we were 'making a mountain out of a mole hill and what did they want us to do about it' offering no solution they advised us to 'take them to court'. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a company in all my life. They were simply not interested in us once they had made the sale, despite the product being faulty.
