I have been trying to get my money back from them for weeks now.
Melanie is extremely rude and unprofessional, would not have bothered to e-mail me back as promised. Avoid at all costs.

Selected us some decent properties in our local. They also made sure they were affordable for us, which saved time. Handled the negotiations and paperwork and made it a doddle really.

As like many other landlords who have posted reviews here my experience with this company has been dire. No rent increase for 10 years although they take more rent from Councils. No inspections at all, the property has not been looked after by the tenant and problems have not been reported. Gave notice last July and I still don't have the property back and they have paid no rent for the last three months! I phone and send emails all the time being constantly told someone will get back to me. Not once has anyone done so. Nothing gets resolved, they are not to be trusted. I am planning on court action. Please do not consider using them ever.

Positive reviews are fake. This company is run by frauds. Will take your money and then leave you high and dry. But please don’t give up if your are contemplating court action. See it through to the end. ! This company is going down the pan where it belongs.
