Hi alert alert alert to all people looking for housekeeping jobs or property maintenance or any department or this company
They are fraud they asked you to work more hours and wont pay you on time also on pay day reduce hours specially sara the lady she put add on gumtree for hiring
They are dodgy and this is really strande no one do work for them longer as a cleaner they dont pay the hours you worked Michelle and sara they are all fraud
Little effort to make people aware of these fraud company
Taking advice from expert to take them to court all the proofs msgs i have
Also for the guests who are booking short term renting their apartments please check the mattresses check the duvet inside the cover they are all filthy hazardous to health and somtimes they instructed cleaners do not remove the bedding if looks clean not hygienic at all guys you are paying alot ofoney make sure atleast ypu get clean apartment and they dont provide Internet services to their guests they lied tooo much to their clients please make sure what ypu paying for and mostly people ask them for refunds
These people mentally destroyed me be aware of them please please

I wrote this actual report and this is still true Marina offered me £2500 and I was claiming over £4000, Hyde and Rowe still haven't paid me a penny, even though I accepted their offer begrudgenly!





Hyde And Rowe make us go mad 😡 because we write bad true reviews and they make us to despair that they offer the small money to take down their bad reviews, Marina has done this to me. and although I in reparation tried to accept this, they haven't replied, so I have to go through the court system.
This is to reply to Marina answering me via's this site, I haven't changed the amount they owe me, their lying once again.
I tried to nogotiate with them, but they do not want to honour what they say in their contract, to rectify everything less fairwear and tear, if they would have completed this I wouldn't have had to lay out over £6000, £4050 for the builder and decorator, £460 for new blinds, £700 for new frudge-freezer and washing machine, £140 for new gas hob, £90 to clean the oven, £250 cleaners to clean the whole flat. £500 back rent, that's £6190. And £1540 gas bill unpaid by their tenant, plus the loss of one month's rent, that's well over £8000.
They say they could have done it cheaper, but I waited over a month and they did nothing, even after repeated unanswered phone calls, I lost another month's rent too.
Their tenants moved out on the 21st December, I waited a month and was forced to have the work started with a builder and decorator firm.

Hyde and Rowe have managed to reduced the bad reviews from 27% down to 16% by paying some of the amounts they owed to former Landlords, I suspect this, because they have offered me £3000 if I take down my honest reviews, but this amount is still unpaid 8th March 2022
Because I won't take down my review, obviously I'll have to take them to court,

And look guys i have proof of how these people act as for how they responded to my review no matter my name being differnt on trustpiliot they are fully aware of who they are talking to my name first name is Shanice and i was housed in a crime scene in Greenwich flat 60 ravine grove and after confrontation spikefullness is what they shelled me with.
