AVOID AVOID AVOID

I purchased two HK Polar 12 units from Musikhaus Kirstein. While under warranty one of the units developed a fault (crackling/buzzing).

I emailed them with a video of the issue in August 2024, they replied requesting the unit be sent back to them for testing. I received a reply saying that no fault could be found and they asked if I'd like the unit to be sent to the manufacturer for testing, adding that if they couldn't find a fault then I would be liable for shipping costs.

8 weeks later, I email again enquiring on the status of the unit to which they inform me the manufacturer could not find a fault.
I received the unit back in October, plug it in and the problem remains. I email yet again with a new video of the issue which they forward to the manufacturer. They reply saying the manufacturer would like the unit to be sent back once more for repair.

I can't stress enough how horrible Musikhaus Kirstein are to deal with. I oftentimes waited upto a week for a reply to my emails. It appears their policy is to deny and delay in the hopes that the customer will give up.

Their customer service is shockingly useless. They will completely ignore questions and simply "apologise for the inconvenience".

I would give them less than one star if I could.

Die Versandzeit von Kirstein von Amazon-Bestellungen ist unterirdisch. Montags bestellt und einen Montag später immer noch nicht abgeschickt. Auf der Produktseite waren 3-5 Tage zugesichert. Den Lieferverzug bemängeln auch andere Käufer im Amazon-Profil von Kirstein. Auch keine Meldung zur verspäteten Lieferung. Ich kauf bei euch nix mehr.
