Email me 5.17pm, the working day before my order was due to be delivered to tell me my order will be a week late. A day late I get the late notice but you must have known well in advance that a week's delay was on the cards.
To let me know so late. You have really messed up a deal for me.

I have used Mixam for over a year and am usually satisfied with the service I receive. Even though the delivery date is usually later than what they estimate (due to quality control.)
However, my last 2 orders have been sub-standard. Firstly, with books I ordered, half of them were not bound correctly and the printing was awful. This took 2 weeks to be rectified. Most recently, I ordered flyers; again the printing had roller marks running through it. This was not rectified because after a week of waiting for them to be re-printed, I was sent someone else's printing.
Something has happened during the quality control process recently that is letting the company down.

The orders of service for my daughter's wedding looked great. There was an issue with the delivery and 2 boxes got lost. The team at Mixam were really helpful and calming and averted disaster with a rush reprint which arrived in time.

Have used this company many times and usually they're faultless. However, this time they have messed me about massively with an order for our biggest show of the year. Now I'm going to have no advertising and promotional materials. I have tried calling 5 times over two days and no answer a single time. I sent numerous emails to which I received no response. I then had to contact them through the online chat 3 times as each time they fobbed me off and said they would get back to me and they didn't. To then be told they would not have my order to me on the original date or even the date after that.
They made no attempt to try and help with this issue, if they had answered my original email I would have had time to go elsewhere.I haven't got the luxury of that option anymore.
If this is how they treat their repeat customers I'm afraid I will be taking all of my business elsewhere from now on.

Great quality item at a great price. the only company that allows you to print one book for a decent price. Will definitely be using them again.
