"Good, but be patient"

The ordering process was relatively easy - if a little frustrating (more down to my poor internet connection, I think). I couldn’t see a way to save my document part way through, so had to make time to do it all in a single session. The actual interface, however, was familiar from other photobook providers I’ve used. The date for my order to be shipped was put back twice. Given you pay £5.99 for delivery I was disappointed that the delivery provider contacted me on a Friday to tell me my order wouldn’t be delivered until Monday.

When it arrived, I was pleased with the quality of the product and the printing. Next time I might choose a slightly heavier paper weight.

Even with the niggles, the quality and price would lead me to recommend the company.

My current order delivery date has been put back by another week. So it's currently running at 2 weeks late. I've no confidence it will be delivered on that date either. I needed the prints 2 weeks ago.
