I'd give them zero if i could.
I ordered a single print copy in July - received it 3 months later. No explanation, or apology, or anything.

UPDATE - Customer services were excellent - very responsive, have apologised, and offered a refund.

"Perfect experience "

So easy to use mixam. I had made my partner a magazine for our anniversary and the instructions to print for a beginner like me was amazing. The quality was excellent which I was worried about not doing this before but I am so happy and I hope my partner will be too!

I ordered 250 postcards on a Palestinian project, bit only did I receive my order late, but also only 16 postcards were delivered! I sent an email to Mixam and they didn't refund me.

"print quality and turn around issues"

i spent £1,000 on a run of hardback books to accompany an exhibition, they arrived two weeks late, on the morning of the exhibition, with major print failures that effected 75% of the copies. I have followed their procedures, but it is now a further two weeks have passed, despite multiple requests, i still have not managed to speak to a member of staff to help me resolve this. I have been told that they have had issues moving equipment, but their communication and efforts to resolve this has been terrible
