The delivery time was about what was promised in the e-mail communications, it is the real deal 100% genuine Asuna figure arrived timely and the packaging was perfect: the figure came in well secured in place it was padded with extra filling to ensure a great experience.

I warned you.
I pre-ordered an item a YEAR in advance, and they still couldn't deliver it on time, kept sending me delay notices MONTHLY and saying they would send it again next month. It took 8 (!!!) EIGHT (!!) months of consequent "delays" from when my item was supposed to be released and delivered, to actually receive it. (needless to say, other websites already sent out theirs and people didn't have to go through this BS).
Now, I did try contacting them and cancelling it. To which their services are awful and bad and I was told I'd be contacted back, but I never was. I sent them a large amount of e-mails and received no answer, so I asked a friend from NL to call them on my behalf and talk to them in Dutch. He then assured me it got cancelled and they told him i'd be receiving a confirmation e-mail. Which I never did. And it never got cancelled.
I got another e-mail saying "delays are a part of life, suck it" quite literally. Not even apologizing for anything.
I eventually did get the item.
Pre-Ordered it at the end of 2020.
Was promised i'd have it delivered by JULY of 2021.
Received it in MARCH 20222.
It was the worst experience ever and I hope none of you goes through this.

Titles should say it all. I placed the order back in 2020 of 257 Euros and I still haven't recived my figurines.
I stopepd getting delay notices after half a year of delays. Reached out to them about it and a ticket got opened but nothing after that.

You guys are a trash fire. I ordered this product more than a year ago as part of the pre-order process. Four months ago, I reached out to let you guys know I had moved and ask for you guys to update my shipping address. You eventually confirmed that you updated to the new address and then shipped it to the old address. Anyway. I opened another ticket and ask you to update the shipping and still did not hear back. Thankfully, due to a productive relationship with our mail carrier, our mail lady realized what happened and brought the package to me today. Today. I really like the product but I'm very disappointed by the complete and utter failure, internally, to address my issue. Do better.

While there were some hiccups with my order and customer support, it seems they have fixed these issues. For a relatively "new" I think they deserve a good review in hopes that they continue to improve and run a nice webstore as they are doing!

I ordered something almost 2 months ago now, and it didn’t even ship, let alone arrive. I had to create multiple support tickets, to which I received no response. I then decided to call support and they told me there was no reason my order shouldn’t have shipped by now, and that they’ll get someone to give me an update on my order as soon as possible. I didn’t receive an update, and my order still hadn’t shipped. Thankfully I paid with paypal and my case was closed in my favour today, so I’m getting my money back. It was a LOT of money to spend with zero updates on my order which was extremely stressful, so I’m glad i’m in a position where I’m able to get it back. There is no situation where I would recommend ordering from this company, even for things that are difficult to find elsewhere, it’s just not worth the stress of having to contact support every other week with no response.

This is the first time receiving a product from Otaku Square and I'm happy with the overall experience. I continuously received updates on when the product was expected to be released and I received my order earlier than expected. The shipment was also very fast and the item was safely packaged. I would gladly order from them again. Thank you!

"Fair and Square"
Fair and Square. They are dealers and they deliver. It can take a big while but then it happens to be an overrun article the producer had problems to come up with. They dont tell you stories about guaranteed delivery dates but they inform you regulary about delays. Prices are average. My Lina Inverse in Kimono was in perfect shape. Package was firmly packed the correct (and environmentally friendly -paper recycle is best) way.
My wait was worth it. Finally my Dora Mata watch over me :D

"It took a while"
It took a while (3 months later than expected) for the order to arrive since the releasedate kept being pushed back. At a certain moment other companies did offer the product while Otaku Square did not. On top of that, the communication between Otaku Square and customers has been quite difficult. But, they did reply to all my inquiries eventually. Even by postmail. The experience has been a bumpy ride, but in the end they did deliver, they did communicate and the product and packaging was good.
