A word of advice to all who have issues with flagship never ever phone them because when things escalate they will have no record of the call. We have been in a difficult position for nearly a year after leaving our property. We first raised the issue with Inferior paint soon after we moved in spoke to a member of staff . who told us they were aware the paint 7throughout the property was not up to the standard expected. We were unable to clean marks as it would rub off making things worse. She said not to worry as they would be repainting it after we left. The exiting inventory was completed without us present due to covid. Then we were sent a bill for compleat house redecoration £2411. A recent internal review has found in flagships favour. We were forced to get the housing ombudsman involved and its still on going as we may be facing court. So A WORD Of CAUTION Always Keep a PAPER TRAIL. PHONING THEM IS THEIR STANDARD RESPONSE

I’ve been a Tennant for 5years but recently been treated appalling by not just my housing officer but the anti social officer,I have health issues &have a really bad problem with the neighbours above &there child it’s taken two years for this to be taken serious ,I can’t wait to move!

Always a good service but I have logged an electric repairs about 6mnths and no response. Had electric check not long back but he wasn't to repair broken socket, ceiling light hanging and light switch temperamental, works some times.

"Poor Customer Care."
Having rented a garage from Flagship Housing for over 14years and never having been in arrears, I was somewhat disappointed when I recently contacted them to say that I felt they offered poor value for money with continued annual price increases. I pointed out that there was an abandoned vehicle, faulty lighting, leaking gutters, blocked drains, evidence of ‘fly-tipping’ plus a leak to my garage roof.
The response to this was an email requesting me to visit the garage court, make a full list regarding my comments and effectively carry out a site report. This I feel should be part of the service I pay for and the responsibility of their management team.
My comments regarding ‘value for money’ were passed to Flagship’s accounts department which was met with the response that price increases (even through the current pandemic) were inevitable and that I would just have to accept this as normal, effectively, take it or leave it. I feel this is a very disappointing way to treat a long standing and reliable lessee and reflects very badly on Flagship’s image.
In conclusion, I feel Flagship needs to sharpen up and adopt a more professional approach to running their business.
