I have complained about my neighbours keeping us awake all hours my daughter is a keyworker working through this crisis and several mornings has to be up early I have various health issues and iam either kept awake or woken up as this mainly happens in the evening or weekends whennthevofficebisvshutbi have recordings which I have told cannot be heard but have been heard by others the noise has been heard by my other daughter and also when we have been on the phone this has been on going for a while my gp and the hospital are aware the asbo seems to. Have an attitude and I. Have been advised that if this is not dealt with as the people who make the noise have had letters and visits and carry on then I should take the matter further and also inform the newspapers and also let them see a copy of the tenancy agreement which says you will deal with this also weed is smoked and it wafts intoy house but if I report this I get told let the police know and when I do they say it is down to you we pay rent to. Live in the property even the repair system is rubbish o had to wait for a year for my roof to be done I've now got rft coming to deal with mould ony bedroom ceiling I. Have a draft coming in the back door and cracks on walls this has been reported to an unfit housing place who if it is not dealt with will be dealing with this as I have breathing problems asthma and pulmonary embolisms and my daughter has asthma I. Think. It is disgusting how some people can get away with things because they say they are above the law and nobody from flagship or the police can touch them

"I have been waiting 24 months for a…"

I have been waiting 24 months for a repair to the roof of my Flagship House. I have requested a repair 4 times.
Twice by email and ditto by telephone. They once said they were going to attend but then didn't. Starlings are nesting in the hole in the roof annually and keep us awake from 0400. I recently asked for help on the resolver website. In reply Flagship have said they would like to discuss my complaining. Still no repair tho. Not even a sniff of a repair. Is this a record for Flagship.
