Did none of the work conveyancing required. Instructed in November and chased in January to see where we were at, absolutely no work had been completed. Which obviously led to a plethora of complaints, felt nothing short of an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time. At least they agreed they’d done no work to warrant the money paid upfront and refunded the full amount.

"I attempted to get a purchase option…"

I attempted to get a purchase option agreement written by this firm. After 5 months of messing me about, me having to chase them and being constantly fobbed off, I still didn't even have a draft contract. I ended up going to get it done elsewhere (it took 2 weeks to get the contract drawn up with the new firm) and they kept my £750 retainer. I nearly lost the option agreement because they took so long and messed me about so much. I would never use Hodders law again in my life and I definitely wouldn't recommend them. I found them to be highly unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable and uninterested in serving the needs of their clients.
