I recently have been made redundant with my full time job and needed to get in contact with a solicitor to help me out with my redundancy agreement paperwork.

I dealt with Alex Dawson. He was amazing throughout the whole process. He managed to break down the paperwork bit by bit to ensure my understanding and was just overall very helpful.

Alex was very contactable. I would send an email and he would call me straight away which was great! On top of this, he had a good personality and managed to make me laugh. His customer service was excellent!

The worst firm I have ever dealt with. Pure incompetence shown from senior management within the firm with no acknowledgement of their errors. Made a challenging time decidedly worse through poor communication and failing to deal with urgent queries in a timely manner. Would never recommend to anyone.
