"Disappointing Service"

Unfortunately the service offered on buying a flat was unsatisfactory. There were hundreds of emails exchanged between me and Hodders. Errors on following up occurred. Introducing me to the landlord and the services management company is incomplete until now.

Hodders Solicitors have yet again provided an excellent service, at the beginning, during and finally as the end of the sale of my house sale. My circumstances were trying to say the least, however the advice and support I received made me feel very confident that I would get a less stressful yet favourable outcome.

The arrival of Covid19 3-4 days seriously impacted on moving out of the property/completion - with many family members self isolating and the lockdown in force - with the probability of us all being forced to stay put in an empty property! Thankfully, the buyers agreed an extension to allow us time to complete with vacant possession.

Thank you very much to each member of Hodders staff especially William and Natasha - I am extremely grateful for the added support in 'hand holding' me through this whole process - your calm professional care in dealing with third parties was second to none.
