They accepted my instruction to act as conveyancer and I paid deposit and further monies for disbursements. Unable to get any response from them by phone or email until late one evening I get an email to say they cannot act for me due to not being on the panel for my lender. Very upset as they could have told me at the beginning before I paid monies up front and completed numerous forms.

A little reluctant that Hodders were located in London and I in the Midlands but after having had an initial chat with Haider I felt I wanted him to deal with my affairs. In October 2019 I met Mrs Gill about my divorce and financial affairs Mrs Gill took my details then the proceedings were started I was paying every month to Hodders Law then in March covid-19 hit but Mrs Gill was still charging me monthly then in October this year I was asked by husband's solicitor to provide equity for my pension for the D81 form Mrs Gill never told me of this when I saw her earlier in the year regarding finances my husbands re mortgage was due to run out November 10th 2020 I managed to get this from KCC but it has been very stressful I feel Mrs Gill just wanted to take my money every month. Her secretary Diane Auborn has been outstanding very supportive showing a lot of empathy and she did all the work not Mrs Gill I was at the end of my tether then last week got a call off Ms Sharron Bhandal who had just joined Hodders Solicitors may I say what a lovely lady so professional and supportive considering she has just joined you she resolved all the issues I had and dealt with my husband's solicitors which Mrs Gill never did
she fought for me and thankfully got my settlement. I just want to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to Sharron Bhandal and Diane Auborn.
