A very dispiriting experience indeed. My matter is nearly 3 years old and it is still not completed despite my having paid over a large sum of money to this firm. I have reported the situation to the legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority so hopefully they can help me as I do not feel my complaints to this firm were properly addressed.
