Hodders have helped me to resolve a dispute with a developer of a new residential proprty. It was a complex case and I was impressed by the professional manner in which Hodders have handled it. The case was eventually ended in an amicable compromise to my full satisfaction. During the process Hodders have demonstrated attention to detail, responsivenes, good communication skills and very importantly - a good common sense on top of their legal expertise.

Run away. I went to this company last week to ask for a certified copy of my passport for the British Government. I called twice before heading to the office. When I received the copy, I realised the text was wrong and told the receptionist. She said that it was right and made a copy. Once week later, my application was rejected by the home office because the text was wrong. When I called the company, they said that if I wanted a specific choice of words, should have told them, as they do not know. I actually told them, and they refused to correct. Plus, these are the legal standards by the British Government. Are they not supposed to know this?! This like driving a taxi and asking: how do you want me to use the brakes?!

Very dissapointed with the comunication and the serivce thus far.

Communication: Poor.... I think it's basic courtesy for people offering a service to respond or update you with the status of your case. You have to literally chase these lot everyday, you end up looking like a nuisance.

The portal you are provided with, is updated it at their own convinience.

I personally, would not be recommending these solicitor for property related matters based on my experience.

I have more updates from my buyers than I have from my own solicitors. Says ALOT.

Shocking service.. If you are serious ab out getting your property exchange done in time, then I suggest you look elsewhere. Its like working with dinosaurs on scooter wheels. Slow in responding and updating.

They never answer calls or return them. E-mails? Good luck with that.
Despite the fact that the sellers have done most of the work for them with regards to paperwork, they are still stalling.

Wish I havd consulted my mortgage advisor before, she did warn me.
