Shoes have not been sent 10 days after I ordered them, when I called to cancel the order I was told that was not possible even though they have not yet been sent. Would avoid ordering online with this company

Kinda skeptical at first but finally bought 2 pair of crocs, bought at 30/01/2020 arrived at 31/012020 WHATT??? It super fast and the quality is just as expected! I lived in nsw btw, but overnight shipping is just crazy 🔥🔥

"Not the best customer service"
Returned a pair of shoes due to small size, paid for return label and I saw from AU POST tracking that they have received it already 6 days ago. Since the website refund status still says "A return is pending for this item", I tried checking with customer service. Calling them was useless, nobody answers. Chat took a while to get picked up, and the agent Hrisimir G wasn't too helpful (and not too friendly at all) by saying their website isn't the "most reliable source of information" and that I have to wait for 14 days for the refund to be issued. If it doesn't get refunded, I need to contact them again.

"WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE"
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on CROCS website 21/11/2019.
On 28/11 I enquired about the order through live chat. And one of the staff members told me that there was a mistake with the shipping and the shoes were lost.
On 4/12 I enquired again and a staff member told me that a reshipment had been issued. But later he sent a email saying that one of my item was out of stock. That made me confused.
On 9/12 I left a message on CROCS website. No answer.
On 15/12 I left another message on CROCS website. Still no answer.
I called their phone number 1800870685 for many times but no one ever answered the phone.
On 17/12 I waited for nearly one hour to connect to live chat again and the staff member said they would give me a refund.
I bought the shoes for Christmas gifts but now get nothing. CROCS has wasted a lot of my time and energy. If I didn't try to contact them, it seems that no one would ever give me an answer. It is the most terrible online shopping experience I have ever had. That is how CROCS works?

"Bad buying experience AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"
I went through the ordering process including pressing the pay button before 8 this morning. I did not receive a confirmation email so tried to call the 1800 number. It's doesn't respond. I tried again this afternoon no response and put an order through again as my bank balance didnt show a debit. By this time they were all out of my size. I rang customet service yet again and all i got was a repeat message.
This would have to go down as one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had this company is completely unprofessional in the way it treats its customers!

"ABSOLUTE rip-off"
ABSOLUTE rip-off. Don't touch crocsaustralia with a barge pole. I bought 3 pairs of crocs from what I thought was a reputable an australian company with an australian website. Two of the three needed returning - one for faulty workmanship obvious even before I put it on and one for faulty sizing. They want ME to send them back to CANADA at my expense for a refund. You've got to be kidding! Do a Paypal dispute if you've have trouble with them. Paypal take people with multiple disputes very seriously.

Never buy crocs using online! Their discount offer is just a trap for you. They will not ship all of your items ordered but tell you out of order few items. They will never refund you the item not shipped. They will recover their discounted price from your not refunded money. This is their crooked business strategy. But how long will it last? how many will be victimized from this trap? Still want to buy online ???

"Poor Croc Customer Service and I still havent received my Refund"
Ive bought Croc products online and had to make a return due size issues. My refund of over $200 has not been issued to me. Paypay say Croc have canceled the refund and Croc say we have issued the refund. While I say I have no funds in my account and a clear paypal account message saying the refund has bee cancelled. The communication exchange between Croc Customer Service and I, emails going back forth, has been and still is extremely poor asking for details I have already previous provided in emails. It has now been over 7 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund! I will never buy from Croc again.

"No refund on incorrect order received!"
In December 2017 I purchased a few pairs of Crocs shoes for my children online through the official Crocs Australia site crocsaustralia.com.au. When received in January 2018 two pairs were not what I purchased, they sent the wrong size, so I returned them straight away, at my own expense, and requested either the right size replacements or a refund of just under A$100 and awaited their response. In February 2018 they sent me an email confirmation of receipt of my returned shoes and refund approval, which they said may take up to 30 days to see in my bank account (not sure why this is but in any case...). So I essentially waited that period out. Just shy of a week I emailed them to let them know I still hadn't received the refund and they replied reassuring me that it's been done and I have to wait out the full 30 day period. It's now been around 45 days and I still haven't received my refund. On contacting them again to let them know this, they essentially gave me the run around saying they will process the refund soon 'when available', even though I received confirmation from them back in February with a follow up email of the same month saying that the refund had already been processed. This leads me to suspect that I've been lied to as a customer and just strung along. They have their goods back and I don't have my money back. The email I received from their alleged supervisor just this week is also in very bad broken English so it concerns me further that the official Crocs Australia site is not a bona fide Australian company which it portrays online with a Victoria based office etc and hence my official complaint now being handled by the Australian Department of Commerce Consumer Protection for a review of their Australian business operations and consumer practices. I have purchased Crocs for years for my kids and started buying online with no problems until now unfortunately. The shoes themselves are good, just how they handle returns and refunds from my experience which will now stop me from ordering them anymore :/
