Worst customer service in history
Pretty sure I ordered a size 10
Got the email receipt straight after ordering and noticed it said size 8....
So I immediately got onto live chat gave my order number and said there seems to be a problem can it be adjusted to a size 10....
Got told nar can't change it youl have to wait until the order comes pay to send it back and swap sizes then I said I literly just ordered? They said yep can't change it

"Crocs won't provide a refund!"
I returned 2 crocs to them as they were too small. They claim to not have received it and won't provide a refund. Went back and forth with them via email, requested a phone call from a manager and did not get one. Out of pocket $170 for no reason, for shoes that I don't even have.

"Don't buy online"
Don't buy online. They sent me the wrong one. It is not my fault. I have to pay for shipping to return the item back.
I do return and refund money back. Full price refund. But they sent me the one I placed an order for. I told them I didn't want it. Because if the one that I ordered is too big. I have to pay return again. They don't read my email. Unfortunately, the shoe is too big. The problem is I did return the shoe and pins back. How about the pins that I returned??? I called the customermer service, but they are not in Australia. One person hung the phone up. One person is good but they can't fix my issue properly.

"Website is not trustworthy "
In addition to the website sending the wrong product, I had to pay for the return it for them and I have not yet received any assistance regarding having my money back.
I returned the product as soon as I received it following the instructions sent by email and the return status remains “pending” even though it was delivered by Australia Post on September 17th at 12:04 pm.
I bought it through the website thinking it would be more practical but they made the experience the worst possible. Very disappointed. I will never buy from the website again.

Garbage customer service. First time buyer. I accidentally bought the wrong size and it's all my problem. Never getting another cent from me.

"Worst shipping!"
I ordered 3 pairs, only received 2. Called for them to be located and shipped and asked for express post which was not an option, regular post only. Was told to call back in 2 days for postage update. Item not shipped 4 days later. Don't use Crocs online, they SUCK.

Poor customer service & policies.
- Purchased an item online and the size was too large. But there is no option to exchange the items online. Neither can go to store for exchange as the item was purchased online.
- So, the only option left is to return the item and lose the original offer/ discount price. Now if I want to purchase the item again with correct size then I have to do that with current prize.
- On top of that as I raised a return order for this, and I have to pay for the postage as the items purchased online or from crocs app don't come with return postage.
Crocs really need to work on the return and exchange of products purchased online or from app.

"I genuinely love the shoes but customer service is not it"
I genuinely love the shoes but I will always buy 3rd party. If you have to return something 30% of your return is eaten by postage. My wife ordered a pair, there was no confirmation and no money taken from her account so she ordered again. Before anything was even sent the option to cancel the double up was refused. I recently had to use the site as they had the only pair I really wanted and the return process was so expensive, I had to follow up via email because tracking had said it arrived 6 weeks prior. They never apologized, just asked for the order number and then I had the refund within 2 days. I had to do all the work and they spoke to me like a naughty child!!! If I hadn't sent that email I don't believe I would have received my refund. I tell everyone I know to buy 3rd party.

"I have a pair of 20+yo Crocs flip flops...."
I have a pair of Crocs flip flops that are over 20 years old. No tread left, but still don't slip and are still seriously comfortable and I thought couldn't be beat.....Until I bought a new pair of Crocs "Mellow" flip flops. OMG! it's like walking on cushions while having your feet massaged! I have also updated my Crog clogs, which I use for my everyday walking and I recently bought a pair a pair of Crocs "Mellow" clogs, wich I use as house slippers. They have the same comfort level as the "mellow" flip fops. As you may realise by now, I'm a (77 year old disability pensioner) Crocs fan. By the way, my lovely 66 year old wife is similarly addicted to Crocs. Just a quick note to those suffering from type 2 diabetes, as I am, and understand the footpain that can accompany that terrible affliction, forget the so called "experts" advice and buy a pair of crocs "mellow" range products. You'll be happy that you did.

I returned small crocs. It was received by them but they are failing to refund money. I emailed several times. It is a joke of a company. Proper thieves. Don’t buy.
