Have you ever seen a ecommerce store from the 2000's . Look no where else, and shop on crocs
- no emails of order confirmation
- no order processed even after 10 days of placing order
- long cutomer service wait.

Wow! Not once but twice they have charged me for items they cancelled. Told to call my bank. Their invoice said I didn’t get charged so it clearly didn’t happen. PayPal and my bank account would say otherwise. Told I’m getting a refund in two weeks but had to fight for it!! Now to wait and see if it actually happens… Never will I order from them again. Would never have expected them to be such a scamming company

"The website is trash"
The website is trash. Stock levels not updated even weekly. I purchased an item that was “low in stock” to be told it was unavailable but still on the site as “low in stock”. Also when trying to contact customer services by phone I discover their number is not connected and it takes me more than 15 mins on live chat to explain this to a none English speaking person. My first and very last customer experience I’ll be having with this website/company.

"crap non existant service"
I wanted to get a sale item. forgot password.. tried several times no email reply.. got a self titled agent who said it took 24 hours.. I said website says 5 minutes.. agent terminated call.. tried next day and agent gave me a number that was not connected.. their 1800 does not work.
this is a company with serious communication and service issues...if I were an investor I would bail... if this is thier front end system.. your a dead company walking.

I placed an order online, it was randomly cancelled and no reason given. They said to re order when size available, however still available. She also had the cheek to say I wasn’t charged, when I clearly was! What a scamming company, you have now put me off crocs for life. So wrong to take peoples heard earned money. Still waiting for refund…

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order only to have it cancelled for no reason and my size is still available online, stupidly ordered again and same thing happened. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund with no luck. I’ve also spent an hour on hold only to be disconnected without speaking to anyone. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Waited 3 weeks with no update on my order only to have it cancelled with no reason given. Checked the website and still shows the size in stock but obviously on a non discounted price. Fraudulent company DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!! This is not the first time they have done this

"Pathetic policy, software, customer service."
For a hugely successful brand they have the most pathetic policy and system software. If you make a simple mistake like accidentally ordering your size in womans instead of men's, and then instantly get in contact with their customer service team, they are unable to correct your order, many hours before the order has even been processed or shipped. It would literally just be the click of a button with any decent company. But it is to hard for crocs and customer service is unable to help. Pathetic customer service, policy, communication and software.

Two sets of Jibbitz missing from my order, tried multiple times to contact them about it and got no response. Very poor customer service, will not buy again :(
