"Cancelled my order, yet items are in stock."

Placed and order, received confirmation, but then the order was not shipped. I chased the order and then received an email to say my order could not be fulfilled but here is a $20 off voucher. But I order when items were on sale and 20% off, so this voucher is less than the discount I recieved on my order. No mention of my refund. And the items I ordered are in stock, but are now full price. The phone number also doesn't work.

"Just a horrible customer service…"

Just a horrible customer service experience!!

Ordered a pair of sandals for $79.99 on 5 May and it arrived 8 May but was too big. I returned on 12 May. On 15 May got notified by afterpay that my refund of $0.02 has been processed and finalised. I have tried reaching out to Crocs over 10 times and keep getting a stupid automated response. Phone service is the poorest I have ever come across. So very disappointed!

They can cancel your order anytime by saying that the pair you order is out of stock now. Moreover, their customer care is so poor. Worst experience

"Shoes shrunk majorly during a camping…"

Shoes shrunk majorly during a camping trip. Spoke to crocs via website just to be told that they can not with stand heat and will shrink. We live in one of the hottest parts of australia in 45 degree heat..take your business to Antarctica- maybe then they wont shrink!!

"Worst Company EVER!!!!!"

I purchased a Chicago Bulls Jibbitz as a christmas present, the jibbitz broke when trying to put on the crocs. I spoke with customer service and asked them to send a replacement back on the 29/12/2023. I waited the 5-10 business days for the replacement to arrive and it hadn't arrived. I spoke with customer service again on the 13/01/2024 only for them to tell me it was still in processing status which meant nothing was done about my replacement. The lady told me she would send it out again and to wait 5-10 business days. It is now 22/01/2024 this time i only waiting 5 business day before i checked to see where my order is and surprise surprise it was still sitting on processing status. The fact that i have waited almost a month and no one could give me an answer and i still don't have my replacement is ridiculous. Customer service couldn't answer my questions and kept telling me to wait 48 hours. This is the worst company and i will never purchase off them again

"Return policy - not so hassle free!!"

My advice is to read the full return policy before you buy online, rather than just their tag ‘hassle free returns’.
I ordered a pair of croc sandals on 24 November 23 for my daughter (who lives interstate) for Christmas. On Christmas Eve I tested positive for Covid, so our family Christmas was delayed for two weeks. The sandals were too big for her, so I needed to exchange them. They were in the original bag with all the tags and inserts and never worn. I was prepared to pay the postage needed to return them, but…Croc’s return policy is strictly 45 days, so they would not make an exception to exchange or refund them for me.
I am left with a pair of $75 sandals that don’t fit anyone we know, and my daughter is without her Christmas present! Heartless company.

"Worst online experience I’ve ever had."

My review seems to be similiar to others. Had to send back shoes and they couldn’t give me a return label. They say 10- 14 days once received but it’s been a month and not a word. You have to call and wait forever. I emailed 3 times and they never got back to me. They say ‘hassle free returns’ which is actually the worst returns I ever experienced as an online shopper.
