"Horrible Customer Service. Insane return police."

The shoe size was wrong, but rather than make it easy to exchange, they had us SHIP back the shoes, despite the fact that their warehouse is closer to our home than the post office!

Not only did this cost us $14.50 to return the product that THEY screwed up, but their policy is that they won't even acknowledge receiving the package for 4 weeks after it arrives.

We went to the warehouse anyway, and it's a Auspost SPEEDSHIP location and they wouldn't even let us in. They told us through the glass door that we'd have to drop it off at the post office. This seemed EXCEEDINGLY like they just wanted to get extra money for nothing.

At this point they'll have been holding our money for at least 2 months and we still have no clear indication that we'll ever get it back.

The company is untrustworthy, and doesn't seem to care how badly they treat their customers... or should I say former customers, since if this review site is any indication, nobody will ever buy a 2nd time from them after their customer experience.

"I am here to write my first ever…"

I am here to write my first ever negative review, come on Crocs Australia, I needed a size down return for my shoes and got a response back asking for my order number which was included in my previous email…and then ghosted me for a week now and still no reply.

"The worst customer service!"

The worst customer service!
Had to start online chat about four times because the people kept ending the chat when I asked where the promo code section was when trying to checkout on mobile phone. Ended up paying full price. They said they can't fix it, how convenient for them. Almost every other merchant will honour promo codes in this situation.
No email confirmation of purchase, only notification is from PayPal.
Will never use online store again.
After reading through all the bad reviews and terrible experiences customer experiences, it's astounding that no one from crocs has responded. Crocs customer service managers should be fired from their jobs!

Hassle free return not true, customer has to pay the return postage, which didn’t clearing explained. Unless you read the full statement… I am so disappointed!

"I ordered some jibbitz croc charms for…"

I ordered some jibbitz croc charms for my daughters birthday and the order online just kept saying processing I contacted customer services to try and find out when it would arrive and was told they had a new processing system and had delays after 2 weeks I got an email to say my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why ! I then contacted crocs customer support again and was told this happens if out of stock but it took them 2 weeks to realise this ? I will never risk ordering from croc again

"Crap services takes money and you never get your order"

I ordered some crocs and I never received them they canceled the order and never sent an email to let me know they had done that when I found out they had done this took me 3 live chats and 3 calls till I finally got my money back…. Stupid me did another order and its been a month with no order received I’ve emailed I’ve called I’ve done live chats and today I finally got through just to find out they apparently lost the order that they never even sent and again during this chat they ended it got through again to get my refund got that sorted and they just end the chat. I WOULD NOT Recommend buying from crocs AU at all they have bad customer service and you dnt ever get your order. They are quick to take your money and slow to give it back or they just dnt tell you ur order is canceled or lost and keep your money if you’re not vigilant. DO NOT BUY Horrible service.

"Bad processing time + bad customer service. WHAT A GOOD COMBO!"

Crocs processing time after 7 business days they still haven’t send it out my order so I’ve contacted the live chat, the agent name Benjoseph P. They can’t help with my order, they just told me to wait and wait. As I’m still typing they end the chat less than 1 minute. This is very unprofessional customer service. The agent should ask any more help before end the chat. Crocs such as a big brand having slow processing order already unprofessional plus bad customer service doesn’t help! What a good COMBO! Just wasting your money and time buying crocs from website!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM CROCS AUSTRALIA"

Crocs Australia deducted my money, never sent an order confirmation and never sent the product. Have followed up numerous times and receive a generic email response saying I can return the product (less shipping), plus I need to pay for the return shipping fee. I don’t have a product to return!
Have resorted to lodging a report with the ACC.
Believe all these negative reviews… the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

"Inconsistent sizing and horrible customer service: AVOID"

First, the sizing is inconsistent. I’ve ordered from the online store twice. The first time I followed their size guide and measured my foot, the sizing was incorrect and too small. This time I actually tried a pair on in store and confirmed my size was an m6. I ordered and the shoe arrived too small, despite having confirmed that this was my size! 😠 This is a defective product.

Second, their online customer service is either AI or just doesn’t care to respond properly to customers. I spoke (via live chat) to Darwyn D… they didn’t actually respond to any of my specific questions and when I asked if I was speaking to AI they ended the chat. So file that as a complaint if it’s a real person, and if it’s AI… they need to do better as a company.

Also hobbits arrived damaged
