I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I have bought crocs online a couple of times several years ago and receive d great service and prompt delivery.
So 3 weeks ago I put in an order for new ones. They still haven't been shipped, and their order gives some BS about processing delays. If there are days, a reputable company with integrity and worthy of respect would inform the customer of delays BEFORE accepting the order and taking the money, to give the customer the opportunity to choose if buying at that time will work for them.
When I tried to enquire by online chat, I was disconnected three times. I sent and email and got an arrogant generic response from Stefan about processing delays and no response to my questions. Likely if they turn up at all they will be delivered after I have gone on holidays and get stolen. RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM CROCS AUSTRALIA! Extremely disappointing and unreliable.

shocking online service. ordered 2 same size but different colours. both fit is totaly different and material is different. i would guess chinese copies

"Horrible service, order never sent after 3 weeks"
I order two pairs of crocs from the Australia website on 9th February and until now 25th Feb have not received any status update. I contacted customer service 3 times, twice online and once via email to an update - all 3 responses were the same generic response saying that the order was in progress and that I should get a shipping advise the following day. I didn't. I have asked them to cancel my order and me the money, 2 days later a got a email saying my order has been cancelled but nothing about my refund. Don't order from crocs Australia!

"Do not purchase online or you will get spammed"
I first purchased a pair of Crocs over 10 years ago & it was the most comfortable shoes I had ever owned. So throughout the years, I had purchased 5 more pairs.
The newer versions were not as comfortable, the spongy plastic material used are different, but still great.
However I had the worst customer service experience in Jan 2021 when I purchased another pair online - identical to a previous pair but in a different colour.
1. No confirmation that purchase had been made (this is after I paid for it online).
2. Waited a few days for the email, then ordered/paid for it again - thinking that it was my fault & I did not complete the online process correctly. Also - I had not been charged at this stage.
3. 1st pair turns up & I had the worst customer service chat
- they can't cancel the order I placed 2 hrs ago
- there are no Crocs Australian stores, only distributors so have to mail in returns
- I have to pay for the return shipment.
Oh and you have to register online to be able to make any returns. Now I have been receiving a lot of unsolicited marketing emails to boot!!

"Don’t purchase through the official website!!!"
I purchased some crocs from their website in August 2020. I thought I’d purchase straight from the supplier to support the business. The ones purchased (as a gift) were too big. I was instructed I had to return the items for either an exchange or refund. I also had to pay postage for this! So I decided to ask for a refund and purchase through a supplier who offered free returns if needed.
Once I sent the item back, I waited until yesterday (Jan 2021!!!) to receive a PARTIAL refund. They only partially refunded the cost of the crocs I’d purchased!!! It’s extremely hard to communicate with them to speak to anyone in regards to why this occurred, however it was suggested that they either deducted the cost of postage OR it’s because the items are now reduced in price!? What a load of BS!!! I would not recommend purchasing through the CROCS website, use a 2nd party seller who have clearly better customer service.

"My experience has been positive"
I tried my friends Sloane Croc thongs on Last Sunday, so comfortable. She had them for 3yrs so I didn’t hold out much hope of them still being in stock, as so many companies don’t repeat styles even though they are good sellers. Fortunately Crocs still sell them so I ordered a navy and black pair and my friend ordered another pair. Easy to order no problems and pleasant surprise the three pairs arrived on the following Tuesday. Iam very happy with the product. Thank you to the staff 10 out of 10 😀I read the bad reviews written here but can only comment on my experience which has been positive.

"Don't buy online"
I like crocs products and never thought that such a well known/good brand would have such a terrible online shop ! I Ordered my shoes 3 weeks ago and still being processed ... I understand covid and stuff but 3 weeks ..? I should have read comments before ordering

After one week item is still ‘being processed’ though site said delivery would be within three business days. Will be requesting a refund .buy your crocs at a shop not via this rip off site

"Terrible online experience"
Terrible online experience. Bought items on 28 August, only received order confirmation. 7 days later still nothing, tracking number shows order as "Processing". Messaged them on support chat and was informed my order was not going to ship, no justification on why that happened. No notification on that or anything! Support created a new reshipping order, which has been stuck for the past 4 days with no update. Chatting with support always gets you different answers. Very disappointing. Do not recommend
