This is a total scam. Do not give them your money. They have 1,400 of my hard earned dollars. Latest excuse: damaged shipping container took on water. Still looking for my refund. I am pursing legal action. This is just wrong.... They need a negative number to rate this s**** show. I hope you see this Henry.

"Avoid this company"
Avoid this company. After chasing and chasing my order, I was firstly told they couldn't locate the container my order was in, then they had technical issues with their system and finally my order had been damaged in transit and I couldn't have it , all well past their 12 week promised delivery date. I was promised a refund in 7 - 10 working days, I am now on 22 working days and they are not replying to my polite requests for my refund to be processed. They have had £2,000 of my money for 5 months in total and I'm worried I won't be getting it back, it's a nightmare. Don't be seduced by their glamorous looking sofas as I was, use a reputable company you can trust

Just got my sofa's delivered. Delivery time was long but it didnt bother me as plenty of time to get work in the living room done. They are beautiful and I'm very pleased. Liked the app which meant you could track where they were in the building process. When they were in country the store kept me up to date. Very sturdy and well worth the money I paid for them in the sale

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service with several failed delivery promises. Once they have your money they don't care. You'll get your sofa sometime maybe perhaps. Or not. I lost patience and demanded a refund and when that didn't go my way I contacted my credit card company. I have been fully refunded. So if you are tempted..... pay by credit card. You get extra protection for purchases over £100. But don't be tempted...

"This is my fifth review"
This is my fifth review, I can’t believe I have to write this , as on my fourth review I stated I got my refund from bank , which I did . However I wanted this sofa out of my house and phoned a local charity to come and collect it, they said unfortunately they couldn’t take the sofa as it has no fire safety labels on it , and wouldn’t be able to re-sell it, as this is against the law, and very dangerous??? When I thought this company couldn’t get any more corrupt , they just did.

Well where do I start... I have waited nearly 5 months for my 8-12 week delivery and today received this. I have had many sofas over the years varying in price and this has got to be the worse quality sofa I have ever purchased. Please do not waste your money buying from these, this sofa had apparently been quality checked twice (by a child I'm assuming) The hem lines are sewn wonky, one of the arms tilts inwards and there is excess fabric. There Is no where for me to upload photos so I've put one on my profile of the straight corner hem, down the side of the sofa, not on the corner. Also noticed how they only respond to positive reviews, if you've got a issue they don't want to know.

Thankfully my bank refunded me and will now pursue matter . As other reviews state avoid this company no showrooms no stock just a registered address at 85 Great Portland St London . First floor left above Thorn shop . 1 director Mrs Iftah Raja trading under name of Luxury decor always .

"I have been lied to and ripped off"
I have been lied to by the same Steven mentioned below. My couch won't be coming due to water damage in a container...should get money back....weeks and weeks later still waiting to get the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

"Apparent Fraud"
Ordered a sofa in September with a 8-12 week lead time. They wrote in early January stating they could not honor the order and my payment would be refunded within 21 days. It’s now been 25 days with no refund and Live Lusso won’t respond to emails or inquiries on the status of the refund within anything more than a chatbot.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
