"Horrible customer service and no accountability"

Horrible customer service and no accountability. 17-weeks since I placed my order and they still cannot provide an estimated delivery date. The product itself may be great but I am not sure if I will ever see it to find out. Save your money and time and buy your furniture elsewhere.

Looks so much more expensive than it is. Super comfy & lovely colour. Delivery service was flawless as well.

"Good product, horrible service "

Very good quality product, but the service is just so disappointing. There is literally nobody to speak to on the phone, and email response rate is very, very, very slow. For what we paid, I would have expected much more frankly. They said it would have taken 12 weeks at the most, but it took more than 17 to get the sofa delivered and nobody has taken responsibility for this delay.

"Do not order from here!"

Do not order from here! I ordered a sofa back in April with an 8-12 weeks delivery estimate. Several months later and it’s still not been delivered. Their communication is terrible, it takes days/weeks to get a reply on email or WhatsApp. I’ve also had contradictory messages from them on the same day - on WhatsApp I was told it had arrived in the UK and was undergoing final checks, a few hours later by email was told it had been diverted around Africa and wasn’t due in the UK until October! I’m honestly wondering if they are a legitimate company or if I’ve been scammed

In luv with the burnt orange velvet varese. Came in multiple cartons which made it a breeze to get it up the stairs, and looks an absolute beauty!

"Top tier from start to finish"

Our house exchange date changed multiple times due to the other party and so we had to hold off our delivery twice. This was very easy to do, and LIVELUSSO were very understanding and so were panther the delivery guys. On the delivery date, we were given a live location tracker, and an eta time slot. Drivers arrived on time, wore gloves, and shoe covers, and were very professional. They assembled the sofa in minutes, took away the packaging and were very pleasant to deal with. 5* service!

"Last time I order from Livelusso "

Last time I order anything from Livelusso or recommend it to anyone. After waiting for almost 6 months for my 1st order, i received the sofa and was happy with it, so i made a 2nd order for a 1 seater. I was a bit reluctant since the waiting time and experience with the 1st order was not great but Sarah was very helpful on the phone and explained the various reasons contributing to the initial delivery mess. In several conversations over the phone they also assured me it was absolutely no problem to hold on with the delivery if i was travelling by the time it would arrive. They never said i would need to pay extra. I travel a lot for work and they have a production and delivery service that can take anything between 3 and 6 months. When the 3 months were approaching, 12 weeks since it was ordered, I contacted them again to ask for an update and explain that exactly 1 week after the 3 months waiting time I had an upcoming trip. Again they said "we will let you know when sofa reaches the country and the waerehouse, and no problem, we can delay the delivery until you let us know". Now its fully unclear if the sofa is already with the delivery company...or not, and the responses from Livelusso per email are extremely chaotic. Initially they said the delivery could be delayed until i informed them, then that it couldnt be delayed more than a couple of days, then that they would look for a solution, then that i have to pay extra and now I am not even sure who is answering the emails and whether they are automated ones or from a bot.
I am sad to say that they are being unhelpful, with awful communication and its becoming an extremely stressful process to deal with. Never again.
