I bought a led machine light to mount on a manual lathe in December of 2023.
I had called them and explained that the light didn't light up when plugged in. They wanted me to send pictures of the light plugged in and not working, so I did. On 1/12/24 I received an email that they had received the pictures and was being reviewed by their support staff. After emailing them numerous time without a response. I called them again and I was told they would look into it. So I asked for a manger and they couldn't connect me with them that they would have to call me back. It is now 2/26/24 and still no response. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, they just don't care to take care of the customer.

Communications is key and this company has virtually none. Never returned any type of reply to my questions about my order. The website cannot be logged into even after creating my login credentials. How do you expect customers to buy anything???
