"Customer service has been terrible..."
Customer service has been terrible. I asked for a better manual that would help with setting up the business card slitter and provided my order number. On several occasions they emailed me info on some scaffolding and I never received any additional help. After spending to much time trying to figure out the slitter it started jamming and slitting poorly. I sent photos and have never heard back. I have requested a return authorization

"My bad experience with Toolots..."
This is my 1st order . I placed it dec 20th and your warehouse is an hour away from us. I contacted Ren the sales person which is in Philippine he couldn’t help me or tell me what day we will be receiving our cutter he transfer me to Order status dept. Those guys have no glue either.i called them twice I send email fhru your website no response . Your company don’t have customer service or manager you can talk to .i haven’t got anywhere.very bad experience.

"Damaged Product, Terrible Customer Service..."
The item was damaged when it arrived (I took pictures of damaged box on the truck and item after opening). I called customer service the next day, and they followed up with an email asking for pictures. I sent the pictures and waited a couple of weeks with absolutely no follow-up from Toolots. So, I called again. The rep said she was going to "escalate to her supervisor" and send me an email. 10 days later, I had not received an email and had to call for a third time. On that third call, again I was told she was going to escalate to her supervisor and send me an email. She refused to connect me with her supervisor directly or provide contact information. When I asked what was preventing her from sending a replacement part, she went silent. Literally silent and refused to answer the question. Absolute garbage customer service. I would give zero stars if I could
UPDATE: after this review Toolots responded and said that they would be able to send me replacement parts, if I would just respond to their customer service email. So I did, on Dec 30th, with a list of the damaged and missing parts, referenced this Trust Pilot response and asked them to confirm when the parts had been ordered. I received NO response from them. I followed up on January 10th, asking them again to confirm that the replacement parts had been ordered and received an automated message that they are initiating a return -- which of course means that I need to disassemble the 90% of a gazebo that I have, box it up (and somehow find a pallet to return it), because they are either unwilling or unable to order the replacement parts that they offered to get in their response.

"Not truly helpful, more like help(less)...."
To be honest, I didn't start my purchase on toolots, to my knowledge. I thought I was dealing with a manufacturer's site initially. I was attempting to gain knowledge comparing two different, apparently similar, parts. When inquiring about my concerns, my question was "intercepted" by an answer-bot, instructed to register, signed on to a service for $5 refundable fee, and immediately querried by 3(!) different help-bots (could have been live help desk workers) all having Indian sounding names, non of which seemed to have ANY knowledge of my query, knowledge base, or information of any help at all. I logged out of the site and redid my enquiry anew. THIS TIME I got to a more helpful site (not the manufacturer's) and at least got someone familiar with the product line (still not the manufacturer, but I could work with what I had). So, the experience was all that I expected: total lack of specific knowledge initially, followed by "gimme some money to help you better (NOT!!!), and we're all here to help. So, if Toolots is at the root of this, then they suck at being helpful. I pity the fool who has only this route to satisfactory resolution of any problems one may have. If I didn't have the time to persevere on my own path, I don't believe I would have continued to a final purchase.
