Price is great and delivery time was phenomenal.
After the sale hasn't been great.
Ultrasonic cleaner showed up very quickly and in great shape visually.
Once we got it set up and the plug wired in it just doesn't work. I called to get some assistance and was told someone would be in contact with me regarding the issue. Still have heard nothing several days later and now i have a $4,000 paper weight sitting in my shop. I would be happy to change this to 5 stars to reflect the initial experience once rectified.

This company is an absolute JOKE! Save your hard earned money and use literally anyone else.
Doesn't matter what extension you choose when you call its always the same lady who "takes note" of complaints and then does nothing. I've made multiple request to speak to anyone in charge or simply someone above the operator. NOPE. As to their snarky reply to check my email, its hard to check for something never sent.

My experience at you facility was great, very helpful people. Not so much for the product I purchased. The 12volt solar freezer I purchased lasted for less than two days. Your return policy will have me waiting some time to recieve my refund.
