This is a wonderful site, had a huge selection of the devices I was interested in buying. Selecting and purchasing the item was a breeze too, plus the item was picked up and shipped in a timely manner. I will do business again with this company and recommend it to my friends. "I thought I was ordering a compressor…"
I thought I was ordering a compressor hose which is what I requested! No clear explanation, as I was sent a pressure washer hose.
When I called you, I was informed that you would charge me a shipping fee, plus a 20% restocking fee!! So in effect almost what I already paid.
Very poor customer service, I would never use this company again!!

"It Need Not Take Weeks to Get Answers!"
Finally got the problem solved, after weeks of reaching out to Toolots. I kept telling them the issue was not the bed, but the wheels not all having locks--2 did and 2 did not. I would either get no answer or a silly answer the last time, which was "Send us a picture." Of what? I'd clearly said not all of the wheels have locks--only the 2 in the back. I waited for days while my husband kept almost falling, as he has done many times before and us unable to find a remedy.
Then, when I finally got a live person today, I felt very insulted, as if this was my problem that I had not called earlier. I HAD, and I kept saying so. As it turns out, there is a page that shows the problem--the wheels are to be locked on diagonal wheels, the other two are NOT to be locked. The one who delivered the bed did not set it up correctly and left us no instructions. Nobody at Toolots took responsibility, however--they made it MY problem that this bed did not slip as long as it is on carpet, but when we moved it off carpet, we had a serious problem!! The attitude and the danger this patient has been in because I could not get the service I needed for weeks--that is the huge issue.
Other customer reviews indicate a lot of people have issues with customer service. It's not just "one old lady." If a picture is needed, isn't it logical that specific parameters for the photo be given? Wouldn't it be useful for the team at Toolots to be trained in how to read and respond more specifically and to answer specific questions when they are posed?

I've ordered over a week ago and still no answer on when my order will arrive. third party or not its nice to track orders.
