Stay far away from this company!! I sent back an embroidery machines as we had issues with it from the start. i was to have my return by 8/30/23 on payment, which it is now 10/3/23 and I haven't seen anything. I have been calling since 9/12 and I constantly get, "they are waiting on a response from accounting" which clearly they're not doing anything. I have asked to email accounting directly or a number to talk to them but they wont give it up. Legal action is the only step to get through with this company apparently.

Electric Scooter arrived and will NOT take a charge. Tried for 2 days and battery will not charge. Cannot drive at all.

Thank you for your response. I called technical support and the ONLY resolution is to return the Scooter which I have waited 2 weeks for. This is VERY INCONVENIENT!
