I've never before had such thoughtful and helpful customer service when making an online purchase. I was buying a printer at a great (economical!) price, and I got a pre-delivery phone-call check to make sure I'd got the right product for my needs (with no sales-pitch to get anything extra), and a post-delivery call to check that everything was OK and to offer any support I might need.

Ryan checked that I had correct cabling, phoned to confirm order details, and updated this the following day by way of confirmation. Contrary to one or two reviews, no pressure at all to purchase anything not wanted.
I could not have wished for better service, and all this at a price which was the best available on comparison websites.

Amazing company. Rang the day I ordered my printer online to check that the product I had selected would meet all my needs. Then called the next day to give me info about the hour window for delivery.

Most recently they have sent me a follow up email to remind me to register for my warranty.

The experience has been so unique I have actually told friends about it.

And...they didn't even ask for a review, but I just had to write one.
