"For goodness sake stop pestering me! "

I did my research and decided exactly which printer I wanted and then ordered it from Printerbase as they promised free next day delivery. What they didn't say on their website is that before despatching the printer they would phone me to check that I'd ordered the right printer for my needs. Yes, I had, I'm not stupid, and I know that all they were trying to do was persuade me to buy a more expensive printer. I missed their first two calls and so they desptached the printer late and it wasn't delivered next day as promised. And since buying the printer I've had goodness knows how many emails and calls from them.

I have found the Unsubscribe link on the latest email they sent me, even though they clearly didn't want me to find it as it's blue text on a slightly darker blue background. Please go away now, Printerbase.

It was quick and easy to order from Printerbase. There was a little confusion regarding delivery but in the end it was with us by 7pm on the next working day. The offer of £100 cashback was also successful and efficient. Good overall experience, we would buy through Printerbase again.

Firstly, the price including delivery was far less than other companies I'd looked at.
After I'd bought online, I then received a call from a sales person telling me when it would be delivered.
The printer arrived the next day by DHL, I was obviously delighted.
I bought a set of toner's for my printer at the same time.
I registered the printer with Canon for a their guarantee.
I'm really pleased with this purchase, and will definitely come back to Printerbase when I need more office items.
You'll be hard pressed to find cheaper prices, especially combined with such a great service.
