After I placed my order a customer advisor got back to me to confirm if I had considered certain attributes of the printer and I hadn’t so on the back of this I amended my order. The advisor was very helpful and called a few days later to confirm that I had received the printer and happy with my purchase.

and a great price for my Canon G 650 which even Am**** couldn't compete with. Yes they do call you to chat about your purchase but they are very friendly and they are running a business after all so why not ? but even so they are not "pushy" in any way . I highly recommend them.

"Good price buy annoying purchase process"

They had a printer I wanted at a good price but there was a lot of unnecessary communication during the buying process. If it was available on Amazon it would have been quicker and easier. I think they were trying to get me to buy (unnecessary) spare ink with the printer, and deflect support questions away from themselves towards the manufacturer.
