"BEWARE Alamo does not accept card with debit written on it even if once inserted have the credit option !"
Alamo Anaheim (manager Natasha) refused to even try our debit card to see that it had a credit option once inserted, leaving us without a car, rented cars all over the States with different suppliers, never had a problem with the same card.
Wasting time, we ended up renting with Enterprise that accepted our card (like every time we rent) without problems ! (Better car,better price!)
Alamo sent us to DriveAway for a refund, DriveAway is telling us that we have to wait for Alamo to refund.
