Schicker Laden dafür ein Stern mehr. Wo fängt man an. Begrüßt wurde ich mit einem "nein wir verkaufen keine skateboards". Einer hat sich für kunden nicht interessiert und hing nur am laptop, die andere hat kein wort gesprochen und die Angestellte mit dem tattoos im Gesicht, hat indirekt Bemerkungen zu meinem körpergewicht gemacht. Auf Fragen wurde sehr provokant reagiert und auch der Besuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt belächelt "man Buffe sich lieber ein" naja ist ja jetzt legal.

Fazit: Unhöflich, provokant, anti alles.

Das kann man so machen, sollte dann aber überlegen womit man sein Geld verdient.

I ordered (and paid) for a snowboard in a really good price. It takes a few days and then I got an email saying “delivery is delayed”

I answer them that this is a Christmas gift and need to have information when the package will arrive.

Then I got an email back saying “order is cancelled on MY command” 🤯

I call them within 10 hours and to know what’s going on. I get information that the snowboard was damaged and sent back to Nitro.

A total lie!!

Why would they try to make it look like I was the one cancel my order and then tell med it’s damaged.

This company is just full of shit and scam! Probably they needed my payment for something else internal for a few days and then canceled my order when their own payment was done!!

Never ever buy anything on this shitty site!
