Die Mitarbeiter sind schon echte Herzchen....
Der eine sagt nicht Guten Tag wenn man reinkommt sondern isst fröhlich seine Vegie sachen weiter während(3Minuten) man vor der theke steht und darauf wartet bedient zu werden. Dann bekommt man eine Falsche beratung...
Nicht Schlimm hab Lehrgeld bezahlt!!
Dann erzöhle Ich meine erfahrungen einem anderen Mitarbeiter(vieleicht der Filialleiter) und werde dann von dem oben genannten Mitarbeiter geschnitten. Kein Problem...
Man kann halt nicht mit jedem!

I ordered a snowboard from Blue Tomato 5 days ago. It was supposed to arrive today, as stated on the site when I ordered it and in the confirmation email with the tracking information. When it didn’t arrive today, I was disappointed, to say the least.
I checked the tracking information again and noticed that instead of showing today’s date, it stated that “delivery has been processed.” So, I called customer service to get some answers. They told me that the board I ordered wasn’t in stock at the warehouse, so they had to request one from a physical store to send to them, and they haven’t received the board at the warehouse yet.
I continued to ask when I could expect my board to arrive, and they told me that since I live in Switzerland and customs take some time, it would probably take at least 11 days to arrive. I wasn’t happy with this because I need the board within a specific time frame, and I really want this board. I asked why I wasn’t informed immediately and why I hadn’t received an email yet. They told me that they only send out emails after a 6-day delay because they have so many orders. I was quite surprised to hear this.
I explained that I need the board and that their website stated it would be here today. Instead of offering any kind of apology or understanding of the situation, I was told that the website might be wrong. I then mentioned that I probably wouldn’t order from them again. Rather than expressing regret or concern, they offered me a full refund, which I am seriously considering taking.
About three hours later, I received an email stating that my order was delayed, with no estimated delivery time, and offering a $10 discount on my next purchase. As if that will help when I just ordered a $400 board, and it’s not going to arrive on time!
The worst part is that I just checked the delivery date for the same product on their website, and it says 2–4 business days. If I were to order it now, it would arrive 4 days earlier than what customer service told me.
So, do not believe the expected delivery times on this website at all, and don’t expect any apology or sympathy from their customer service.

Ordered a jacket on 15th December, delivery 4-6 days. Tried contacting customer service via WhatsApp and online chat - no response. Tried calling by phone, told my order is in Germany with the delivery company FedEx. Nothing they can do as they have ‘no influence’ over FedEx. They will raise a query with FedEx but nothing else they can do and won’t send a replacement. No apology and no concern or care that I paid £135 for an item I don’t have and no reassurance that it will be resolved. Awful company.

En este momento mala, pero debido entiendona la agencia de transporte, me indican que llega el día 02/01, después que me llegaba ayer entre las 9 y las 13:30, seguido de esto que ayer antes de las 22, estuve todo el día en casa ya que es un regalo y nada. Lo mando a dejar en un punto de entrega y hoy no tengo noticias algunas y en el enlace del.seguimiemto me indica que esta de camino a España.

Ordered a bag on the 6th December as a Christmas gift; after two weeks they told me it was out of stock and they were waiting for stock to come in. It did then get shipped but was mixed up with FedEx and sent to the wrong country. Blue tomato show no apology for the situation & the shipment has still not arrived.
