Der Shop ist top. Grandios sind die automatischen Emails. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden, außer die Abwicklung der Retoure
Auf dem Retourenschein ist überhaupt nichts vorbereitet, verglichen mit anderen Shops unterirdisch.
Was noch vertretbar ist, ist seine Daten handschriftlich einzugeben. Name, Adresse Kunden/Bestellnummer usw.
Was wirklich übel ist, sind Artikelbezeichnung, Farbe, Größe, Artikelnummer.
Das eine steht in der Rechnung, das andere steht in der Bestätigungsmail nach Bestellung. Da muss man sorgfältig abgleichen, was beinahe unmöglich ist.
Hallo Liebes Blue Tomato Team! Bestellt bitte mal selbst bei euch Probe, wie es eure Kunden machen. Am besten per Smartphone. 10 Artikel, von denen ihr unregelmäßig jeden 2-3 Artikel wieder zurück sendet. Viel spaß!

"Ordered with this store twice, both orders went wrong. Customer service ended up being very rude on the phone."

Ordered with this company twice to get new snowboard socks and both times went wrong. For the first order i received the wrong pair. Contacted the “Dutch” customer service nr that did not speak dutch. Told me to send it back, which i did on the 17th (have not received my money back even though t&t states it as delivered on the 23th) I understand these things take time so ordered a second pair. The first pair was now sold out so i ordered a different pair.

I received the second order today. This time, they did send me the right ones…. But it still had the alarm tag attached through them, making them unwearable….. tf…. Contacted the “Dutch” nr again, spoke to a customer agent that clearly was not happy with me being frustrated. Wanted to give me store credit, and did not understand that that was NOT a valid compensation as i do NOT want to order here again.

Ended up begrudgingly giving me a discount and rudely hanging up without a second word.

I now have to take the socks to a random other store to get the tags removed (as the closest blue tomato store is 1,5 h drive away) and i’m still waiting to see if i actually end up getting the discount from the second order AND my money from the first order back…..

Just order somewhere else.

service client au top. Commande d'un sweat avant Noël, colis perdu (fedex), on m'en renvoit un autre immédiatement. Le produit ne correspond pas à ce que souhaitait notre fils, aucune difficulté pour le retourner. A nouveau colis perdu par chronopost, j'appelle le service client, même sans avoir reçu le retour (ils s'occuperont du suivi du colis), j'ai un remboursement qui est effectué, immédiatement.
