Don't ever go for interview at this company! They don't have any professionals who knows how to take interview! I give the interview for social media manager in this company and the person who take the interview don't even know about social media! Instead of talk regarding social media! They kept asking me for regarding my family background, wife, kids, father! And they have worst ever policy that you will only get 50% Of salary for first 2 month and remaining 50% salary they will release after 1.5 years ! Next day HR message me and told me you're not selected! I told her to give me the reason I am not selected and I also told her about the whole interview what happened in the interview ! But after seeing the text she didn't reply me and didn't give the proper reason of not being selected! I requested to all of you guys please dont work in this company and don't go for the interview! they have worst policies, not a single professional people in this company!

I ordered a custom item based on an idea I had, I contacted Ouros and described the ring I was looking for. With their suggestion I looked for images of rings with design elements I had in mind and provided them to Ouros. Based on a few pictures and my written description, Ouros turned around a CAD in 2 days that bought to life what I had in mind! I asked for a few small tweaks and they were made promptly and without hesitation.

After finalizing the designing and putting down my payment, Ouros shared a rough timeline for producing the ring and kept me updated along the way with images and videos shared at a major halfway point.

Once the ring was complete, they shared videos of the ring for me to check whether it matched the CAD. Mine matched perfectly and I approved its shipping.

Order shipped the next day and was delivered a week later. I've now had the ring 2 days and haven't taken it off!

I've worked with Ouros before on a different custom piece and they are my go to jeweler now. I also had my last purchase appraised for insurance purposes and the amount/quality of Gold and Diamonds was exactly as stated.

High quality, genuine product and easy to work with. 5/5 stars!
