It is great! People are nice and listened carefully with our requests. Toni did a good job and we like him a lot! He is warm and funny. The car we rent works perfectly and new. This is our first time with Avia and we had a great time.

We were charged 480 euros for a little scratch that we don’t even know how it happened or if it was already there considering that we picked up the car at night. I could keep going on and on about how bad the experience was, specifically the rudeness of one of their staff members named Mia. The company was also very unhelpful in solving a parking ticket issue for which we had the proof of payment for the meter parking.
