Collection & return processes were efficient. No queue and plesant staff. The car had some faults - forward collision warning wasn't working and there were a number of scratches and dents despite it being pretty new.

the operator did not accept the gold credit card, claiming that it was debited. the car was not completely clean and had to go back to the wash. so not satisfied

To ste nakadno odbili sa mog racuna bez ikakve obavijesti i dokaza. Samim Tim postupkom dokazujete da je sve laz i prevara. SRAMOTA. Svim mojim prijateljima cu reci da ne iznajmljuju auto kod Vas. Usmesto dogovoreni 120 eura platili smo oko 650 eura. Mislim da je i u Parizu jeftinije.
